Statement

Over three decades at the bedside — from ventilators and intensive care units to the cellular and molecular mechanisms of chronic disease. A physician whose work has consistently asked the same question: instead of waiting for a disease to reach its end stage, can it be reversed?

01Profile

A career built on reversing disease, not just managing it

Dr. Vikram Pabreja is a highly experienced physician in the field of Internal Medicine, with a career spanning over 25 years across clinical and hospital settings.

He handles and treats a wide spectrum of conditions — infectious diseases (especially post-COVID respiratory viral illness, commonly known as Cold & Flu), inflammatory and autoimmune diseases, allergies, lifestyle and metabolic disorders, and end-stage disease — which he has been treating since 2009.

His clinical approach is grounded in the cellular and molecular mechanisms of diseases, which he uses to develop innovative approaches. He holds a special interest in Regenerative Medicine — often involving stem cell therapy — and in Longevity & Super Longevity Sciences.

02Chronology

From the ventilator to regenerative medicine

Each era of practice opened a door to the next — from ventilation and vascular access, through a chance discovery during a dengue outbreak, to regenerative medicine and longevity.

1992
—2001Foundations

Learning the art and science of intensive care

After his internship at Safdarjung Hospital, New Delhi in 1991, Dr. Pabreja completed a junior residency in the Department of Surgery — at a time when surgical intensive care was still a developing discipline.

He thereafter joined General Intensive Care with a focus on respiratory intensive care, where he learnt the art and science of ventilation, vascular access and cardiac critical care.

2002
—2011The dengue discovery

Serendipity during the dengue outbreak

Dr. Pabreja started intensive care services for upcoming hospitals across Delhi NCR. Then, during the dengue outbreak of 2011, serendipity happened.

He treated hundreds of early dengue fever patients successfully with a definitive treatment — intravenous omega-3 fatty acids and ascorbic acid — establishing an undisputed definitive treatment protocol. At this point, the basics of Regenerative Medicine had developed.

2012
—2021Reversal, not waiting

Dialysis, private practice, and a growing conviction

He joined the intensive care unit at a liver, gastrointestinal and renal hospital and learnt about dialysis — but at the back of his mind he always thought of reversing chronic diseases, instead of waiting and watching for their end-stage fate.

He then started independent private practice as a general practitioner, with a special interest in handling acute-on-chronic diseases, and an attempt to reverse the culprit disease rather than merely contain it.

He joined the Stem Cell Society of India and attended various national and international conferences on Regenerative Medicine and stem cells, both as delegate and as speaker.

2022COVID warrior

Early COVID-19 treatment and the Fluxpel-1 kit

Dr. Pabreja treated many early COVID-19 patients successfully and was awarded COVID Warrior status.

He went on to develop Fluxpel-1, a flu kit for early respiratory virus infections — particularly cold and flu — that neutralizes the virus successfully within three days.

2022
—2026Regenerative medicine at scale

Protocols across specialities, and the road to TBR

He developed treatment protocols based on Regenerative Medicine for chronic diseases across most specialities, subspecialities and super-specialities — including gynaecology, orthopaedics, dermatology, neurosciences, pulmonology, internal medicine, paediatrics, urogynaecology and geriatrics.

He also developed a paediatric cough syrup based on the concept of demethylation of viral RNA. In 2025–2026 he began developing TBR — Total Body Rejuvenation, which remains his current focus.
